Here are a few of my treasures from the Bead Renaissance show in Denver last weekend:

I love these glass leaves at Sonoran Beads. Not only are the colors great, but they have this nice slightly twisted shape to them which make them fun to wear. I buy some almost every time I visit their booth. |

Everyone in the seed bead community seems to be talking about TILA beads, the new 2-holed square beads from Miyuki. I caved to peer pressure and bought two tubes from Jane's Fiber & Beads. I have no idea how I'll use them. (Suggestions welcome!) |

I spent a long time looking at shell pendants at LillyPilly. This is one of the pendants I bought. (Yes, I do buy a lot of pendants with trees!) |

I must have touched every single piece of vintage Lucite at The Beadin' Path booth. There's just something about all the wonderful colors and shapes that makes those beads a joy to touch. I thought these hoops would make fun earrings. (Challenging, too. Did you notice that there's only one teal in the bunch?) |
I checked my post about the last bead show I attended in Denver and I've only made one item with any of those beads. (I used two Green Girl Studio pieces for earrings that will be in an issue of Bead Trends next year.) Is this normal? Or do the rest of you make jewelry right away with your bead show purchases?
