This week I enjoyed reading a post at B'Sue Boutiques titled "What Do You Do When It All Goes Wrong?" Ruth Crawford made a mistake with her heart pendant, ruining her original idea. So she came up with a different idea—one that I love!
The post was a great reminder that sometimes our mistakes lead us down new, better paths than we ever could have dreamed. I know from personal experience that those "mistake" pieces of mine are often the first ones to be purchased at a show or shown in a magazine. So when you're in your studio this week, don't be afraid to make a few mistakes. You never know where they will lead!
