The Penland Book of Glass is from the same series as The Penland Book of Jewelry, which I loved. (You can read my earlier review.) The work in this book is just as stunning. It follows the same format as the other book, with an essay from the artist, along with a step-by-step look at one of their projects and beautiful galleries of similar work.
Instead of posting a standard review (which would basically read "Amazing! Brilliant!"), I thought I'd share links to the glass artists who are included in this book. Take a break from your day and click through the links below. You'll be amazed at what can be created with glass!
